Refund Policy

By shopping with Her Boss Academy, you agree that:

1. You verify that this is a purchase that you are authorizing with a card your have been authorized to use. 

2. There are absolutely NO Refunds on ALL Digital Products or 1:1 Business Calls. By purchasing a digital product, you certify that you understand that no refund will be given and all sales are final. If you file a chargeback claim or dispute, you understand that legal action will be taken and your banking institution will be notified of your fraudulent activity with detailed information.

4. If you do not automatically receive an email with your digital download, please email HerBossAcademyHelp@gmail.com. Our system will occasionally scan orders for risk level and will not send your files over without further verification.  If you do not want to verify your identity, you can request a refund or you will be automatically refunded within 72 hours of order placement.

Damages and issues

We only refund physical products that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order and it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the order being delivered. We do NOT ship replacements.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages stated after 3 days of the delivery date will not be rectified.


Exchanges

Due to the health and safety of our staff, we currently do NOT accept exchanges.
