Refund Policy

There are absolutely NO Refunds on digital products or 1:1 Business Calls.

We only refund physical products that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order and it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the order being delivered. We do NOT ship replacements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages stated after 3 days of the delivery date will not be rectified.


Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Due to the health and safety of our staff, we currently do NOT accept exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged/missing item claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
